Westonka offers a full varsity sports program. This year's girls hockey team competed in its first-ever state tournament. Club sports like Alpine ski are also available.

The MWHS Wind Ensemble earned Superior ratings from all three judges at this year's Region 2AA Contest.

Madd Jazz earned a Superior rating at this year's Region 2AA solo/ensemble contest. MWHS vocalists earned a total of 11 Superiors, 10 Excellents and one “Best in Site.”

The Westonka community comprises all or part of eight suburban communities on the shores of beautiful Lake Minnetonka. My family and I live here so I can personally attest to the value of having access to a full menu of opportunities available in a metropolitan area, while enjoying the tranquil lifestyle of a smaller community.
