Westonka DECA Advances Highest Number Ever to Internationals
Mound Westonka High School brought 166 students to the 2024 Minnesota DECA State Career Development Conference, which was held March 10-12 in Minneapolis. A school record 40 MWHS students will advance to this year’s DECA Internationals competition in Anaheim, California.

Westonka Schools 'Stuff the Bus' for Westonka Food Shelf
Excitement filled the halls of the Westonka school buildings on March 8, as students eagerly shared hundreds of food items they collected for the Westonka Food Shelf at the annual “Stuff the Bus” event. A school bus stopped at each school, where students stuffed the bus with food and cash donations collected during the March FoodShare Drive.

MWHS Students Earn Gold Keys in Scholastic Art Awards Competition
Six Mound Westonka High School students were recognized in the 2024 Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards competition, including two artists who received coveted Gold Key awards.
